Bungee Jumping

Bungee jumping is the recreational activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large elastic cord. The tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as building, bridge or crane; but also possible to jump from the movable object. In Nepal, Bungee jumping is very popular and can be done at gorge of Bhote Koshi River from the height of 160M and in Pokhara as well.

Canyoning

Canyoning is travelling in canyons using various techniques that may include outdoor activities such as Climbing, walking, swimming, abseiling, scrambling. It is frequently done in remote and rugged settings and often needs navigational, route-finding and other wilderness travel skills. Canyoning gear includes climbing hardware, static or semi-static ropes, helmets, bags. In most parts of the world canyoning is done in mountain canyonswith flowing water. As the sport of canyoneering begins to grow, there are more and more people looking to learnthe skills needed to safely descend canyons.

Cycling Tour

Cycling Tour mean self-contained cycling trips for pleasure, adventure and autonomy rather than sport, commuting, or exercise. Touring can range from single to multiple days of trips or ever years. Tours may be planned by the participant or organized by the holiday business, a club or a charity as a fund-raising venture. Distances vary considerably. Depending on fitness speed and the number of stops, the rider usually covers between 50 to150km per day. The various popular cycling tours are lightweight, ultralight, fully loaded, expedition touring, supported touring, day touring, and overnighttouring.

Rafting

A refreshing outdoor activities which is often done on white water or various degrees of rough water. Dealing with risk and the need for team work is often a part of the experience. According to the international Scale of River Difficulty, there are six grades. This range is simple to very dangerous and potential death or serious injuries. Risks in water rafting stem from both environmental dangers and from improper behavior. Certain features on rivers are inherently unsafe and have remained consistently so despite the passage of time. Rafts are very different than canoes or kayaks and have own specific techniques to maneuver through obstacles.Like all outdoor activities, rafting must balance its use of nature with the conservation of rivers as a natural resource and habitat.
