We take seriously our role as ‘guardians of the Himalaya’ so whilst contributing to the development of mountain adventure in Nepal we are committed to protecting the environment that we working and acting as responsible tourism leaders. 

As well as sharing our knowledge and respect for the Himalaya with you so that you may act responsibly and encourage sustainable development, we have also participated in several community development projects over the years. For example we have established health clinics in rural areas (including co-funding Lukla Hospital), initiated solar-electricity schemes, developed water and sanitation projects and help support the care of the trekking porter's shelter huts on the trails above 4000m.
