We follow the trails though the scenic, terraced Annapurna foothills. From our camps, the peaks of Annapurna South (7,256 m) and the well- defined, fluted peak of Macha-puchre (6993 m) rise above.

Next we swap our boots for paddles, and raft the Trisuli River, under the guidance of our highly trained river guides. If you
have never rafted before, that first surge of adrenaline as you plunge through the rapids will be unforgettable! Moving on to the Royal Chitwan National Park, we experience another change of pace, and ride elephants through the grassland in search of rhinos, leopards and the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. Finally, we return to Kathmandu to spend time wandering the colourful bazaars, and to reflect on this superb adventure, one of the most popular in our Himalayan program.
