From Pokhara we ascend a series of ridges to rise above the Modi Kola. We leave the beaten paths behind as we trek through luxuriant forests to gain outstanding views of Hiunchuli (6,441 m) and Annapurna South (7,270 m). Trekking higher, we cross a series of alpine pastures to reach our camp beneath the huge Fang face of Annapurna. Beyond this stunning backdrop, the heer walls of Dhaulagiri rise above the depths of the Kali Gandaki Gorge. This combination of forest trails, traditional villages and superb mountain panoramas make this an incomparable trek.
