We spent three nights at YMH in Namche during our EBC trek – two on the way up (we had an acclimatisation day in Namche) and one on the way down.The location is stunning. It's high up on the hill in Namche overlooking the entire town.

Where can you see Mount Everest from your bedroom window? From Yeti Mountain Home Kongde! The lodge is located in such a beautiful spot, with an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains. It's a perfect postcard panorama. It was a long walk from Thame to get here, some parts the path was covered with ice (there were ropes fixed on the rock.

Yeti Mountain Home Thame was the third of six Yeti Mountain Homes we stayed in. Loved the ambiance. Loved the village. A huge bedroom. Once again - brilliant food and warm welcoming staff. The decor was stunning and the house arrangement interesting.

No words can describe the experience we had here but I'll try. YMH place boasts of spectacular view, great location and super amazing staff and service. Since it is probably located at the highest altitude in Lukla (from the airport- location wise) weather was amazingly beautiful during end of Sep.
